摘要 着重研究如何使用PLC和触摸屏对纸厂污水处理进行控制。PLC采用S7-300系列(CPU314)。针对污水处理中构筑物(格栅、调节沉淀池、提升泵、加药装置和SBR反应池等)的作用和运行特点,确定需要检测的水质参数和设备运行状态,提出系统控制的方案。根据方案用流程图介绍自动控制的工艺流程,分析系统如何使用PLC进行控制污水处理的控制。触摸屏采用Easy-Builder500。应用触摸屏集中显示分散在现场的PLC点和仪表所采集的各种工艺数据。根据现场设备运行状况及工艺要求,使用触摸屏发出主控指令传达到现场。 This paper focuses on how to use PLC and touch screen to control the paper mill wastewater treatment.S7-300 series PLC(CPU314) is used in the control system aim at the role and operating of the sewage treatment structures that include grid to regulate the sedimentation tank,upgrade pumps,dosing devices and SBR tank,etc.,the water quality parameters and operational status of equipment need for testing are determined,and the system control program is put forward.Introduced under the program with automatic control of the process flow chart and analyze how to use the PLC system to control the control of sewage treatment.EasyBuilder500 touch-screen is used to display the PLC scattered at the scene and instrument collected data on the various processes.According to the operation of field devices and process requirements,the use of touch-screen control command message sent to the scene.
