摘要
通过系列实验设计及数据分析,研究金莱克清洁器具有限公司33E电动割草机切割装置在输出功率、转速以及负载转动惯量一定的情况下,制动时间与减速皮带的张力之间的关系。得出减速皮带的张力控制和切割装置的制动时间之间的规律,实现一种不需独立制动机构即可将制动时间控制在3s内的切割装置,达到降低产品成本、提高产品竞争力的目的。
The paper has researched the relationship between the braking time and tension of deceleration strap of 33E electric mower when the output power,speed and load moment of inertia are invariant,and got the law between tension control of deceleration strap and braking time.In the end,a cutting device without an independent brake has been realized only three seconds of braking time with less product cost and stronger product competitiveness.
