Strengthening Effective Managements on Energy Market of China Government

分析了目前我国合同能源管理及能源市场存在的问题,研究了美国、日本政府在能源市场管理中的成功经验。借鉴这些国家的经验,并在此基础上结合我国的实际情况,提出了加强我国各级政府对能源市场有效管理的途径。

Recent existed questions were analyzed in our country＇s energy performance contracting and energy market. Much successful experiences in saving-energy management were studied on American and Japanese governments. According to characteristics of energy market in China, modeling from their experiences, more clear ways of strengthening government＇s effective managements in energy market are found.
