The characteristics and development of architectural energy conservation are analyzed, and the policies, laws and regulations, and norms of energy conservation in China are introduced briefly. Furthermore, some applicable measures about the key links in architectural energy management are suggested. It is expected to help the construction supervisors to comprehensively grasp the architectural energy conser- vation system so as to harmonize the relationship between relevant aspects effectively, and achieve the goal of popularizing energy conservation technology and carrying out the norms of energy conservation through supervision.
