天津滨海新区信息共享空间建设模型的构建

On the Construction of IC Model of Tianjin Binhai New Area

论文试图将信息共享空间(Information Commons)这一服务模式引入天津滨海新区的开发当中。通过对当前滨海新区信息服务机构的调查,明确了新区行业信息流的现状;根据滨海新区用户的不同需求,勾画出理想的新区行业信息流向;在此基础上,构建了天津滨海新区信息共享空间的基本建设模型。

This paper attempts to induce the model of Information Commons（IC） on the domain of library science into the development of Tianjin Binhai New Area（TBNA）.After a brief introduction on current situation of TBNA and the concept of IC,and the survey on current information institutions in TBNA,it makes clear the trend of currently industrial information flow.Basing on different need of users,it draws outline of the information flow.On the bases of these,it constructs a basic IC model of TBNA.
