天津高等教育文献信息保障信息中心(TALIS)是19所天津高校图书馆在自愿基础上联合起来,承担着天津高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的重任。论文分别从资源、技术、人员、财务四个一级指标探讨适合TALIS的指标评估体系,并在此基础上提出相应的二级指标体系。
