摘要
随着我国高等教育改革的深化,高校图书馆中勤工助学的人数不断增加。论文在阐述勤工助学意义的基础上,就管理中存在的若干问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决办法。
With the intensification of reforms in higher education in China,more and more university students involve in work-study program in libraries.On the basis of elaborating the significance of work-study program,this paper analyzes a number of problems in management of work-study program,and provides some effective suggestions for it.
