论新形势下高校档案管理及其有效利用

Efficient Management and Exploitation of College Archives

高校发展重点转向内在质的飞跃,这客观上要求高校档案的管理和开发利用工作上一个新台阶。本文从探讨我国高校发展的新形势出发,分析了我国高校档案管理和利用工作中存在的重收集、轻管理,重开放、轻开发,重教学档案、轻科研档案,信息化程度低、数字化过程慢等诸多问题,并在此基础上提出高校档案工作发展的对策和建议。

Since the development rudder of colleges is turned on the essential progress in our country, the management and exploitation of college＇s archive should be more efficient. According to the new situation, this paper analyzed the main problems in our college archive works such as paying no attention to management and exploitation but collecting and servicing, ignoring technology archives as long as digitization speed being too slow. Moreover, some suggestion and countermeasure is put forward on this issue.
