Cys-C在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用与探讨 被引量:1

摘要 胱抑素C是一种低分子量、碱性非糖化的分泌性蛋白,能在几乎所有的有核细胞表达,无组织学特异性,可经肾小球自由滤过,在近曲小管被重吸收,并分解代谢,肾脏是清除循环中Cys-C的唯一器官,Cys-C浓度主要由(GFR)决定。其合成不受炎症、饮食以及胆红素、甘油三酯等外源性因素的影响,其血清浓度取决于个体肾小球滤过率,在肾脏功能减退时含量明显增加[1]。本文通过80例健康组与66例疾病组患者血清中Cys-C的检测发现,A组t=3.011,B组t=5.115,P均<0.01。疾病组血清中Cys-C的含量要明显高于健康对照组,说明Cys-C比BUN、Scr表现为更灵敏、准确,是一种理想的反映GFR变化的内源性标志物,可做为常规检测应用于临床。
