穴位按摩配合产后康复综合治疗仪刺激泌乳的临床效果观察

目的通过穴位按摩配合产后康复综合治疗仪刺激泌乳,促使母乳分泌增多,增加婴儿抵抗力,满足新生儿的需要。方法对选定产妇随机分为2组,治疗组采用穴位按摩配合产后康复综合治疗仪刺激泌乳,对照组不用任何催乳方法。记录产妇泌乳始动时间、泌乳量、新生儿体重。结果治疗组较对照组产妇泌乳始动时间提前(29.38士19.18vs21.30士15.29ht=2.51,P<0.05),母乳分泌量增多、新生儿生理性脱水后体重恢复快(x2:5.11-7.95,P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩配合产后康复综合治疗仪是一种无痛、无创伤,操作简便,省时省力的治疗方法,能促进乳汁分泌,使乳汁分泌量增多,满足新生儿的需要,提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objectives To find ways to increase secreting of mother＇s milk, In order to increase infant＇s resistance,and satisfy the requirement of infant. Methods The women were divided into 2 groups randomly： one group is treated according to this study; no method is adopted to the other group, the beginning time of milk secreting, the volume of milk the weight of the new infant,vere reconded.Results In the treated group, the beginning time of milk secreting is ahead of schedule （29.38±19.18 vs 21 .30±15 . 29h t=2.51,P〈0.05 ）, the volume of the milk is increased, and weight recovery after physiological desiccation is faster compared to the untreated group（x2：5.11-7.95, P〈0.05）.Conclusion This method is no pain, no injury, easy operative, and timesaving. It can increase milk secreting, milk volume to satisfy the infant demand, to improve the ratio of mother＇s milk breeding.
