摘要
目的根据我院自2002年至今在急诊科床旁所做的2例人工临时心脏起搏器安置术资料,对其经验进行总结。方法采用股静脉穿刺的方法将心脏电极导线送至右心室心尖部,记录起搏器参数后,然后将心脏电极导线与心脏临时起搏器脉冲发生器连接,进行起搏。结果2例人工临时心脏起搏器患者中均为男性,年龄24-65岁,均为VVI型。结论人工临时心脏起搏器安置术安全、有效。
Objective Summary experiences of 2 patients by artificial temporary, pacemaker machines in emergency department by bed from 2002 to now. Methods Puncturing femoral vein,send cardiac electric wire to right ventricle apex and register pacemaker machines parameters. Then connect cardiac electric wire to pacemaker pulse machine and pace. Results 2 patients were males, from 24-65 years old. Pacemaker machines modes are VVI styles.Conclusions Artificial temporary pacemaker maehine is safety and effective
