三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特点及治疗研究

Clinical pathologic characteristics and progress of Research on Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特点和临床研究进展。方法收集近年来国内、外有关TNBC的临床研究的文献并作综述。结果TNBC患者除手术治疗外,化疗是其主要的全身治疗手段,肿瘤大小和淋巴结状态是影响预后的独立因素。结论通过加强对TNBC的研究,可能为其治疗提供新的思路。

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological features and summarize the progress of clinical research on t riple-negative breast cancer （TNBC） . Methods Domestic and international publications on the study of TNBC in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results The patient s with TNBC were younger , and their prognosis was poorer . Besides operation ,chemotherapy was the major therapeutic tool for them. The factors which were found to compromise overall survival were turner size,lymph node status,stage, vascular invasion and nerve invasion in the univariate analysis.Tumor size.Conclusion The study on TNBC may bring a new way for therapy.
