摘要
采用边界元法对盘式制动器摩擦衬片与制动盘接触界面间静、动态压力分布进行了分析。运用柔度矩阵技术提高了计算的效率,考虑到摩擦接触过程的不可逆性,给出了增量加载过程求解的一般格式。最后,对结果进行了讨论,得出了一些对制动器设计和热分析有价值的结果。
Static and dynamic pressure distribution between contact surface of disc brake frictional lining and brakedisc has been analyZed by means of boundary element method. Calculation efficiency is raised by applying flexible matrixtechnics and general form of solvation for procedure of lead increment is given in consideration of the non-reversibility offrictional contact procedure. Finally some valuable results for brake design and heat analysis have been obtained and discussed
