草菇菌种的提纯复壮初探 被引量:2

摘要 菌种的分离与筛选是在食用菌栽培过程中的重中之重。食用菌的菌种在使用过程中存在着变异与退化,尤其是草菇菌丝,生长快退化也快,因此要定期引种或提纯复壮,才能保证菌种质量及种性稳定,从而为最终产量稳定打下基础。
