摘要
介绍了飞锯锯切小车的运动过程,以及实现飞锯锯切小车运动的控制系统,并说明了基于三菱PLC和伺服驱动器控制系统的硬件接线,及伺服驱动器参数设置和PLC的软件流程.通过试验结果分析,锯切小车的响应速度快和跟随精度高,定尺锯切的稳定性和精度都达到设计和生产的要求.
This paper introduces the movement and the control system of cuttingoff trolly,it also gives out the control system' s hardware wring based on MITSUBISHI servo amplifie rand PLC. Setting servo amplifier's parameter and software design are introducd in this paper. Through the testing result, we can see that the cutting -off trolly responses quickly and accuratly,which explain.
