摘要
介绍了以TL494为核心,采用PWM技术的直流电机控制系统.详细阐述了直流电机PWM调速控制原理、接口电路设计、H桥功率驱动原理与其电路设计.实验表明,基于TL494的H桥直流电机控制系统可简化电路结构,驱动能力强,功耗低并且控制方便,性能稳定.
This paper introduces the DC motor control system which adopts PWM technology and the TL494 as the core technology. Details of PWM DC motor speed controlling theory, interface designing, H bridge power circuit designing and its driving principle have been introduced. Experiments showed that the H bridge DC motor control system based on the TL494 can simplify the circuit structure, enhance drive capability, lower power consumption. It is easy to control and has stable performance.
