摘要
以国内某大型钢铁集团炼铁厂混合料矿槽料位为具体对象,分析了LFMCW雷达测距原理以及FFT和Chirp-Z相结合的信号处理方法,利用了面向对象技术、数据库技术和软件工程等,并结合计算机网络技术研制出一套实用的混合料矿槽料位在线检测系统.系统对混合料矿槽料位进行在线实时监测,实现了数据采集、数据传输、分析处理、组态设置和声光报警等功能.系统具有趋势分析及报表管理功能.
This paper regards mixture warehou- ses of a domestic steel plant as the concrete target, analyzes the LFMCW radar gauging principles and the signal processing method which combines FFT and Chirp- Z transform,and uses the methods of objectoriented technique, database technique and software modularization, a set of practical mixture warehouse level on - line monitoring system is developed with the rapid development of computer network technology. The system makes investigations of real - timely monitors on level of mixture warehouse,and obtains the functions of date collection, transport, analysis, process, a series of parameters setting and sound - light alarm. It realizes the trend analysis and report administration.
