摘要
针对数控铣削加工中心的特点,列举出加工薄板零件经常遇到的工艺性问题.对加工中心铣削加工薄小零件图进行工艺性分析;根据铣削加工的特点选择优化加工工艺方案,以及优化工艺方案的使用夹具,使得零件所要求的加工精度、尺寸公差都可以得到保证.
According to the characteristic of CNC milling machine center,list the common man- ufacturability problems that occurs when processing thin sheet parts. Analyze the manufaeturability from the drawings of the thin sheet parts that will be preceded on the CNC milling machine center;based on the manufacturing characteristics of the CNC milling machine center to select and optimize the manufacturing solution ,and optimize the clamp of the selected solution,so thai the required machining accuracy and tolerance can be ensured.
