摘要
根据集成驱动电路所具有外围元件少,驱动简单的优点,针对集成驱动IR2113的使用过程中所遇到的VSS端负过冲过大的问题,从寄生参数的角度进行了分析,提出了一种解决方法.试验结果证明了此种方法的有效性.
Integrated circuit driver has been accessed to a wide range of applications because of its unique advantages. In this paper, the problem of Vss negative overshoot is encountered when using the integrated driver IR2113. From the perspective of parasitic parameters, a method has been proposed. The experiments verify that this method is effective.
