摘要
本文借鉴国际劳工组织的经验,结合我国现有统计方法和制度,从总量指标和分析指标两个角度对劳动力资源供给指标体系进行了全面的指标设计,阐述了数据来源及分析方法,提出劳动力市场供给指标体系的研究,应建立在翔实可靠的资料基础之上,为了及时把握劳动力市场的供给情况,必须完善劳动力调查体系,增设劳动力市场供给所需指标,改革现有指标的调查方式,以经常性抽样调查为主,才能满足信息、咨询和监督的需要。
In the paper, a comprehensive indices design is made from the terms of total quantity indices and analysis indices, and by referring to the experience of International Labor Organization while considering the existing statistical method and system in China. The paper then expounds the source of the data and analytical procedure, and puts forward that the research of labor market supply indices system should be established on full, accurate and reliable materials. In order to get a real-time supply condition of the labor market, it is imperative to improve the labor force survey system, extend indices required, and reform the current indices survey method, giving priority to sample survey. By so doing, the demand of information, consultation and supervision can be met.
