摘要
会展业是综合性较强的服务产业,具有很强的集聚效应,涉及到的范围广泛。文章借鉴西方较成熟的利益相关者理论,以实地访谈和问卷调查的方式,从主动性、重要性和紧急性三个维度上对大型事件利益相关者进行分类,同时探讨各类利益相关者的关系,伴随会展企业的集团化和所有制结构的优化,企业作为大型事件主体理所当然成为核心利益相关者。
Mice industry is a relatively comprehensive service industry, with a strong agglomeration effect and a wide range. This paper draws on the more mature western stakeholder theory and classifies mega event stakeholders under three dimensions according to the initiative, importance and urgency of the mega event. By means of field interviews and questionnaire surveys, the relationships between the various stakeholders are discussed, and enterprises are analyzed as major stakeholders with the development of grouping and the optimization of ownership structure.
