摘要
顺利就业是大学生求学的基本目标,学生的就业状况一方面反映着高校的人才培养与社会人才需求的适应程度,另一方面也反映着高校教育的可持续性发展能力。课程设置是教育的重要载体,因此,高校的课程设置必须充分考虑学生顺利就业的需要。文章以当前高校行政管理专业为基准,阐述当前行政管理专业本科毕业生就业难的原因,并总结高校行政管理专业课程设置存在的缺陷,在当前严峻的就业压力下,如何更好的创新高校行政管理专业课程设置,培养社会所需要的合格人才。
Successful employment is the basic objective of college students. On one hand, the employment status of students reflects the adapt ability between the personal training in the college and the talent needs in the society; on the other hand, it reflects the sustainable capacity of the college education. The curriculum is an important support of education, so the college curricula must fully consider students' need of successful employment. This paper first explains the reasons why the administration undergraduate' s employment was difficult, analyzes the shortcomings of the curriculum, and suggests on how to innovate the administration curriculum, in order to train the qualified talent the society need.
