高等职业教育关系着我国产业结构优化和技术结构升级的顺利进行,政府应承担起发展高等职业教育的责任.然而,高职教育却一直是我国财政经费投入缺欠的"重灾区",财政经费在高职领域的配置存在诸多问题和风险,需要相关措施优化高职教育经费配置,使其达到效率最大化.

Higher vocational education concerns industrial structure optimization and technology structure upgrading, so the government should undertake the responsibility of developing higher vocational education. However, higher vocational education has not been paid due attention, and there exist some problems on the allocation of the present expenditure. Thus, relevant measures should be taken to optimize the allocation of higher vocational education expenditure and maximize the efficiency.
