云南屏边八角茴香的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Illicium Verum from Pingbian

为了综合开发利用红河州丰富的八角茴香资源,作为前期的基础研究,对八角茴香的化学成分进行了研究,。采用硅胶柱层析进行分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别为:八角内脂A(1)、槲皮素(2)、白桦脂酸(3)、莽草酸(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。

The column chromatographic methods were employed for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of Illicium verum.Five known conpounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as Illicinolides A,3,3′,4′,5,7-pentahydroxyflavone,butulinic acid,Shikimic acid and β-sitoserol respectively,based on their spectral datum and comparison with the literatures reported.
