摘要
文中建立了制定我国高等教育学费标准的双向优化模型,并利用相关数据对模型作了实证分析(以2001年为例),分析结果表明,当年高校的学费标准偏高,应下调一定的比例才较为合理。
In his paper,a bi-directional optimization model about the standard of China＇s higher education tuition fee is established,and relevant data is used to do an empirical analysis of the model（take example for the data of 2001）.The results show that the standard of university＇s tuition fee in 2001 is higher,it will be more reasonable by reducing a certain proportion.
