回顾时间管理倾向概念的提出,并且从已有文献的研究结果中总结时间管理倾向与其它一些人格特征、学业成就以及心理健康的关系,不同群体时间管理倾向的比较,并归纳现有研究的不足之处。

This article reviews the conception of Time Management Disposition（TMD）.And then talks about the relationship between TMD and some other personalities,study achievements and mental health.Also we describes the features of different groups of people＇s TMD.At last,some deficiencies of the existing researches are figured out.
