摘要
采用熔盐法制备单相BaCo2Fe16O27(Co2W)六角铁氧体,探讨烧结温度、保温时间及熔盐与反应物质量比(R)对产物物相的影响,研究了Co2W铁氧体的静磁性能及微波吸收性能。结果表明,单相Co2W合成条件的温度为1250℃,保温时间为4h,熔盐与反应物质量比R=3。Co2W铁氧体比饱和磁化强度、剩余磁化强度和矫顽力分别为60.76(A·m2)/kg、3.78(A·m2)/kg和70.7×79.6A/m。与溶胶-凝胶法相比,熔盐法制备的Co2W铁氧体具有更好的吸波性能。利用熔盐法制备铁氧体是提高以铁氧体为吸收剂的复合材料吸波性能的潜在途径。
The Ba-hexaferrite powders, BaCo2Fe16O27(Co2W), were synthesized by the molten salt method using NaCl+KCl mixture. The effects of sintering temperature, holding time and the ratio (R) of molten salt to reactant weight on the product phase were discussed. At the same time, the microwave absorption properties and static magnetic properties of Co2W were investigated. The results showed that the Co2W single phase was successfully fabricated in the condition of R=3, at a calcinations temperature of 1250℃ in air for 4 h. The saturation magnetization (Ms), the remanent magnetization (Mr) and the coercitivity (He) of the Co2 W ferrite are 60.76, 3.78 (A·m^2)/kg and 70.7-79.6 A/m, respectively. Compared to sol-gel method, an excellent microwave absorption properties with majorbiggish improvement was obtained for the COEW ferrite using the molten salt method, which could be a potential way to enhance the properties of the composites filled with hexagonal ferrite powders for electromagnetic applications.
