摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了具有较高催化活性的掺铈纳米TiO2薄膜,在紫外光和太阳光照射下降解偶氮染料废水来研究其光催化活性,并用XRD、HRTEM手段进行了表征。结果表明,适量的铈掺杂能有效提高纳米TiO2薄膜的光催化活性,最佳掺铈量为3%、最佳热处理温度为550℃。
The Ce - doped nano - TiO2 film with higher photocatalytic activity is prepared by sol - gel method. Its photocatalytie activity is investigated using the photocatalytic degradation of waste water of azo dye by UV and sunlight, and also is characterized by XRD and HRTEM. The results show: the photocatalytic activity of TiOe can be effectively increased with proper doping cerium ; the optimum Ce - doped TiO2 film of removed rate and calcination temperature is 3% and 550 ℃ resgectively.
