摘要
新型烟气净化装置(LAPD)是一种复合净化机理的针对中小型燃煤工业锅炉的脱硫除尘一体化装置。通过单因素实验研究了运行参数的变化对LAPD净化效率的影响;通过正交实验,建立了LAPD的最佳工况参数标准,实验结果与现场验证较为一致。对净化机理进行了初步探讨。
LAPD (Liquid - Air Purification Device) is a new kind of FGD and dust removal integrated device aiming at small and middle scale coal - fired industrial boiler in China. By single factor experiment, this paper analyzes transformation rule between each influence factor (including liquid level of overflow outlet, ring pipe height) and purification efficiency of LAPD. By orthngonal experiment, the paper achieves the optimal working condition of LAPD. Also the purification mechanism of LAPD is initially discussed.
