从发生在云南云天化股份有限公司的"3.23"合成氨装置合成塔出口管道断裂事故入手,针对危险化学品安全生产的严峻形势,通过对氨气的理化特性及工业合成氨的火灾爆炸危险性分析,提出了一些相应的事故预防措施。充分认识到工业合成氨的重要性,只有采取切实有效的安全防范措施,才能真正做到安全生产。

Beginning from＂3.23＂breaking accident of compounding tower exit pipe in compounding ammonia device of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. ,and in accordance with the stem situation of dangerous chemicals,this paper puts forward some corresponding accident prevention mcasures by analyzing the physical and chemical character of ammonia and the fire explosion danger character of synthetic ammonia; meanwhile the importance of synthetic ammonia is described, pointing out that only by adopting practical and effective safety prevention measures, can safety in production be realized.
