Research on the Performance Inspection of Safety Standardization and OHSMS Integration System of Chemical Industries

以化工企业安全标准化与职业健康安全管理整合体系为基础,依据安全标准化规范与职业健康安全管理体系标准的绩效考核要求,建立一套整合体系绩效考核指标体系,确定体系考核评级标准,并运用目标管理方法构建考核量表,以便于企业与审核机构运用该体系及量表考核企业安全管理整合体系运行效果,从而有效降低企业安全管理成本,提高安全管理水平。

Based on safety standardization and occupational safety and health management system integration system of chemical industiies and according to its requirements of performance inspection, a suite of integration systerm performance inspection indicator system is set up, in which the grading standards are detecmined and the objective management is used to construct the performance inspection appraisal table, so that the enterprises and the inspection organizations can apply the system and table to appraise the operation effects of the integration system, to effectivdy reduce the safety management cost and improve safety management level.
