摘要
分析了上海世博会供用电系统的安全保障现状,提出了世博会供用电系统数量柔性与时间柔性参数的度量方法。从制定上海世博会供用电安全保障应急预案、完善输电系统的安全保障措施、构建供用电系统应对突发性安全事故的应急物流体系及相应的应急管理策略等方面提出了具体的方案。
Safety and security situation of Shanghai World Expo power system is analyzed. Measurement methods of parameters of quantity flexibility and time flexibility are put forward for the power system of Shanghai World Expo. Several specific proposals are put forward, such as the development of emergency plan for the security of power system of the Shanghai World Expo, security measures of transmission system, emergency logistics system construction of power system for emergency response to security incidents and its appropriate emergency management strategies.
