摘要
对螺卷毛壳(Chaetomium cochliodes)与樟子松枯梢病原菌松球壳孢菌(Sphaeropsis sapinea)进行对峙培养,试验结果表明:螺卷毛壳对樟子松枯梢病病原菌有较好的抑制效果,在56h对病原菌的相对抑制效果最高值达到6.16,可以作为樟子松枯梢病生物防治菌种考虑应用。
The confront culture experiments between Chaetomium cochliodes and Sphaeropsis sapinea show that Chaetomium cochliodes can be used as antagonistic fungi to Sphaeropsis sapinea for biological control. The inhibitory effect increases with time, and it reaches to 6.16 at 56 hours.
