摘要
素质教育的研究起始于二十世纪80年代末,90年代初在我国教育界就掀起热潮,至今经久不衰。本文从文化作为教育的本体出发,分析大学文化与素质教育、素质教育与高等教育素质、高等教育素质与大学文化重构等关系,进一步探讨提高高等教育素质的总体内容和改进措施。
The research of quality education began in the late 1980s, it set off an upsurge in educational circles in early 1990s and it became an unfailing topic. This paper, starting from the ontology of cultural education, analyzes the relationships between university culture and quality education, quality education and higher education quality, higher education quality and cultural reconstruction, and it further discusses general content and improvement measures of improving higher education quality.
