浅谈旅游专业学生服务意识的培养

A brief talk on the cultivation of students' service consciousness in tourism major

目前旅游专业学生毕业后转行的情况很普遍,其主要原因是服务意识差,因此,加强学生服务意识的培养十分重要。高等学校应当从人才培养模式的制定、课程的设计与安排、实践与实习安排、教师培养以及辅导员日常熏陶等方面完善旅游专业学生服务意识培养的途径。

At present, the situation of changing profession for tourism majors is common. The main reason is the lack of service consciousness. Therefore, it is important strengthening students＇service consciousness. The way of cultivating students＇service consciousness in tourism major in colleges should be perfected from making talent training mode, designing and arranging curriculum, arranging practice and training teachers and counselors.
