摘要
学校道德教育途径的选择及其优化关乎着德育目标与功能的实现程度及效果。我国德目主义道德教育模式有着传统教育的优势,但其弊端也十分明显。应当通过课堂师授、课外活动、社会传媒、劳动实践、心理咨询、家庭社区等多种途径开展道德教育,形成多渠道、多层次、全方位的道德教育模式,以增强学校德育工作的实效性和针对性。
The choice and optimization of ethic education in schools affect the realization and effect of the goals and function of ethic education. The ethic education model of our country has the advantage of Chinese traditional education, but its disadvantage is obvious. Ethic education should be developed through various approaches such as class teaching, extracurricular activities, social media, labor practice, psychology consultation, family community and so on, and the model of ethic education with multi-channels, multi-levels and multi-directions should be established so as to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of moral education work.
