高校辅导员具有教育、管理、服务的功能,但实际上思想政治教育的功能往往弱化,弱化的原因在于辅导员职业定位不准、功能紊乱等因素造成的,解决问题的办法在于辅导员的专业教师化、角色的分化以及提高辅导员的地位和待遇。

College counselors have such functions as education, management and service. In fact, the function of the ideological and political education is often being weakened, and the reasons are that vocational orientation is not clear and function is not definite, the solution lies in professionalism, role differentiation of counselors and improving their status and treatment.
