Higher education takes on the heavy responsibility of fostering personnel of high-quality. As educators, especially the college counselors who are in charge of students＇work, are facing higher requirement. This paper gives a deep consideration on counselors＇ working functions, working thought and working methods, and it will play an instructive role in accomplishing college counselors＇work.
