摘要
目的建立检测五维B颗粒的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法来对五维B颗粒中的烟酰胺、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6进行定性和定量分析,ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-5mmol﹒ml-1庚烷磺酸钠(含0.5%冰醋酸+0.1%三乙胺)(28:72),检测波长为280nm,流速1.0ml﹒min-1。结果烟酰胺、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6的线性回归方程为:A烟酰胺=241702C+255124,r=1.0000,n=3;A维生素B1=191550C-1691.3,r=1.0000,n=3;A维生素B2=266250C-3098.3,r=1.0000,n=3;A维生素B6=14448C+139.4,r=1.0000,n=3;线性范围分别为:105.25~631.50μg﹒ml-1;40.05~240.30μg﹒ml-1;21.35~128.10μg﹒ml-1;4.15~24.90μg﹒ml-1。结论该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为质量检验的定量方法。
Objective To establish a method for analysis of nicotinamide,vitamin B1 , vitamin B2 , vitamin B6 in the wu wei B ke li by HPLC. Methods Using an 0DS Column,a mixture of methanol-5mmol﹒ml^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate(containing 0.5% glacial acid and 0.1% triethylamine)(28:72) as mobile phase with UV detection at 280n.Results The regression equation of nicotinamide,vitaminB1, vitaminB2,vitaminB6 Were Anico=241 702C+255 124,r=1.000 0,n=3;AVB1=191 550C-1 691.3 , r=1.000 0,n=3;AVB2=266 250C-3098.3, r=1.000 0,n=3;AVB6=14 448C+139.4, r =1.000 0, n=3;the linear rang were 105.25~631.50μg﹒ml^-140.05~240.30μg﹒ml^-121.35~128.10μ g ﹒ml^-14.15~24.90 μ g ﹒ml^-1 Conclusions This method is simple,quick and accurate.
