慷舒灵凝胶在褥疮治疗的应用及护理

Application and nursing of Kang-shu-ling gel in the treatment of bedsore

目的探讨慷舒灵凝胶治疗褥疮的临床疗效和护理措施。方法将30例(48处创面)褥疮患者随机分为对照组和治疗组;对照组15例(20处)在局部常规换药基础上加敷凡士林纱块,治疗组15例(28处)在局部常规换药的基础上加用慷舒灵凝胶并给予相应的护理措施,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率89.3%,对照组治愈率30.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用慷舒灵凝胶,联合强有效的护理措施治疗褥疮效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective The clinical efficacy and the nursing intervention of Kang-shu-ling gel in the treatment of bedsore.Methods In 30 patients（ 48 raw surfaces） with bedsore were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group with 15 cases（20 raw surfaces） were treated in the localized deposition of conventional medication plus vaseline gauze on the basis of changing dressings. Treatment group with 15 cases（28 wounds） also,treated in the local on the basis of conventional dressing were added Kang-shu-ling gel and appropriate nursing interventions.To compare the clinical efficacy of these two groups.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 89.3%.And the control group＇s was 30.0%. The difference between these two group was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions To use the Kang-shu-ling gel combined with the strong and effective nursing intervention for the treatment of bedsore would get the marked effect.It is worthy of clinical practice.
