摘要 水通道蛋白作为水分子通过磷质双分子层的一种膜蛋白,已经在动植物尤其在哺乳动物被发现并得到鉴定。AQP9(aquaporin9)是水通道蛋白家族中特殊的一员,对水和多种中性溶质均具有转运活性。现已发现,AQP9分布在多种器官组织中。其在机体中组织器官的特异性分布情况及在蛋白分子生物学遗传、结构方面的研究也日渐深入。研究AQP9的分子结构,生化特性,病理生理变化对于了解水代谢疾病的发生机制以及指导临床水代谢疾病的治疗具有十分重要的意义。本文就近年来国内外AQP9分子生物学研究进展作一综述。 Aquaporin, which passes through lipidic bilayer(phospholipid bilayer) as water molecules, is a kind of membrane protein, and have been found and got identification in animals and plants, especially in mammals. As a special member of the Aquapofin family,Aquapofin 9(AQP9) have the function of transport activity to water and several neutral solutes. AQP9 is distributed in diverse organs and tissues in the recent study, of which the specific distribution in tissues and organs ,and the genetics and structure in Protein of molecular is deeping. It is important to understand the mechanism of water metabolic disorder and to provide the new Clinical guidelines to this kind of disease, by studying the molecular structure ,biochemistry characteristics, and the physiological and pathophysiological change of AQP9.This article reviews at home and abroad recent advance in AQP9 about molecular biology research.
