摘要
通过实地调研,对广东省化州市甘蔗协会的现状、运作情况、取得的成效及存在的问题进行系统分析,在此基础上,提出发展甘蔗种植技术协会的政策建议。
Through the local research and investigation, the report of the Huazhou sugarcane planting technology association in Guangdong province, was made not only to its present situation and operation mechanism, but also to the achieved effects and problems. Moreover, policy suggestion for the association future development was put forward.
