芥川龙之介是日本新思潮派的代表作家，在日本文坛有“大正文学的象征”之称。芥川根据《今昔物语》创作的《鼻》，因受到文学大家夏目漱石的高度赞赏而闻名于世，这与作者对人物形象的塑造，特别是对主人公内供的复杂心理矛盾的塑造不无关系。基于古典创造出内心复杂的主人公内供的形象，与芥川当时复杂的处境息息相关。

As a representative of the new sense school, Ryunosuke is regarded as the epitome of the Classical Taisyou literature in Japan. Based on the Konjakumonogatari collection, Akutagawa Ryunosuke＇s Nose was highly appreciated by the literary master Natsume Souseki. It achieved a great success due to the impressionistic portrayal of the characters, especially that of the complex mental conflicts of the protagonist. The author＇ s forceful characterization of Chanchin Naigu, a man with a complex inner-mind, is closely related with the intricate situation of Ryunosuke at that time.
