The paper invests each kind of uncertainty which in view of the real estate project in entire life cycle appears, proposed a new computation model, which conformity fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the ash connection analytic method, has constructed a new evaluating indicator system, and has provided the theory basis for the better circumvention real estate project investment risk.
