摘要 针对房地产项目投资全生命周期中出现的各种不确定性,提出了一种新的计算模型,该模型整合了模糊层次分析法和灰关联分析法,构建了一个新的评价指标体系,为更好的规避房地产项目投资风险提供了理论依据. The paper invests each kind of uncertainty which in view of the real estate project in entire life cycle appears, proposed a new computation model, which conformity fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the ash connection analytic method, has constructed a new evaluating indicator system, and has provided the theory basis for the better circumvention real estate project investment risk.
