摘要
首先确定欲研究高校的范围,建立样本空间,随机抽取一些样本,并基于模糊理论对样本进行质量评估.然后,把这些评估结果视为"不同来源的、用于评估样本的"多渠道信息,运用D-S证据理论进行信息融合,获得整个样本空间的评估结果并对其做出解释.结合专家对我国某省样本高校的评估结果,依据此方法得到该省总体高等教育水平为0.592.
For this method, first, the scope of research universities and the sample space should be determined, some samples could be selected from them randomly, the samples' quality can be assessed based on fuzzy theory. And then, take the results of these assessments as "different sources, used to assess sample" multi-channel information, integrate information based on D-S theory . At last, access to assessment results of the entire sample space, explain the result of the assessment. Combine on the results of the assessment of universities in a province, the collectivity level of higher education is 0.592 based on this method.
