新型Salen(CoCl)配合物的合成与表征

摘要 利用(R,R)-1,2-环己二胺和5位取代的3-叔丁基水杨醛衍生物(取代基分别为N-四氢吡咯基、N-六氢吡啶基、N-吗啉基、N,N'-二丁胺基和氯化三苯基膦基)反应合成的手性Salen配体,将其与钴离子络合,制备出了5种新型手性Salen(CoCl)金属配合物.利用红外、紫外、质谱和元素分析对配合物的结构进行了表征.通过对元素分析及谱图数据的分析,证明了金属与配体成功发生了配位,所得产物与目标化合物一致. Five chiral Salen (CoCl) complexes were prepared by the coordination ofligands and cobalt ion. The ligands were synthesized by the reaction of 5 replaced 3-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde derivatives (substituents were N-pyrrolidino, N-piperidino, N-morpholino, N, N'-dibutylamino and PPh^3+Cl^-) with (R, R) -1,2-diaminocyclohexane. The complexes' structures were characterized by FT-IR, UV-VIS, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. By the means of FT-IR, UV-VIS, ESI-MS and elemental analysis, it is successfully proved that the metal and tigands were coordination and the consistency for products with the target compounds.
