摘要
在分析新疆水泥厂#4窑生产统计数据的基础上,确定了改善该厂#4窑熟料质量的研究方法。通过对原料、生料化学组成和碱、氯含量及其一次挥发率的测定,原料矿物组成与岩相结构的分析,生料细度、短窑操作特性及其与熟料强度的关系分析,找出了新疆水泥厂熟料强度低的原因,并结合大量配料试验,针对该厂实际情况提出了优化配料方案、调整熟料丰值、控制生料细度、稳定煤粉质量、严格股烧操作等措施,使该厂#4窑熟料28d强度(彻)由50Mp。左右提高到60MPa以上,取得了显著的经济效益。
The study method for improving the quality of clinker from the No. 4 kiln Xingiiang Cement Plant wasdetermined based on analysis of the production data statistics of the kiln No. 4 in this palnt. With the help of measure-ment of chemical compositions of raw materials and raw meal and their R20 and Cl content as well as primary volatility,the analysis of mineral compositions arid lithofacies structure of raw meterials, and the analysis of the raw meal fineness,short kiln operation characteristics and their relationship to the clinker strength, the causes of the low clinker strength ofXingjiang Cement Plant were found out. In connection with a lot of proportioning test, optimized proportioning schemeand measures such as adjusting stabilizing the pulverized coal quality, and strict burning operation etc. are proposed aim-ing at the practical situations is the plant, and as a resultf the 28 day srrength(R_28) of clinker from kiln No. 4 of thisplant is increased to about 60MPa from about 50MPa, remarkable economic benefit is obrained.
