A Brief Introduction of the German Positive Psychotherapy Paradigm

积极心理治疗由德国著名心理治疗专家诺斯拉特.佩塞施基安教授创立,已经发展成为既有较为完整的理论基础又有明确治疗方法的范式。本文介绍积极心理治疗范式的一条价值主线、两种方法形式、三项基本原则、四类矛盾冲突和五个操作阶段。积极心理治疗范式具有反传统的学科发展意义、实践创新意义和社会建构意义,为当今心理治疗发展开辟了新的方向和途径。

Founded by famous German psychotherapist Nuosilate Pesechkian,positive psychotherapy has developed into a more complete theoretical basis for well-specified treatment paradigm.This article introduces the positive psychotherapy paradigm's one mainline of value,two methods,three basic principles,four conflicts and five operating phases.The paradigm has anti-traditional value and practically innovative and social constructive significance which opened up new directions and ways for today's development of psychological therapy.
