电镀锌无铬耐指纹钢板在向高端家电用户推广过程中,出现了耐指纹性较差的问题。针对影响耐指纹性的因素,如干燥板温、涂料中树脂含量、树脂中SiO2含量、添加剂的组成及含量进行优化,找到可以明显提高耐指纹性的试剂组成,同时确保膜层的其它性能,如耐蚀性、耐黑变性、耐热性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性及涂装性等。

An optimized technology of the composition and process parameters was found for improving the fingerprint resistance, and at the same time the other characteristics of the membrane, such as corrosion resistance, heat-resistance, black tarnished defect resistance, alkaline resistance, solvent resistance, coating performance, etc. , were kept good enough.
