摘要 介绍了复合电镀(Ni-Co-Mn)-金刚石复合镀层工艺、溶液配方、设定思路以及镶嵌镀加工现场注意要点,采用(Ni-Co-Mn)-金刚石复合镀层的切削、磨削工具在磨削切削硬度高的石材时,较目前普遍使用的Ni-Co合金为基质金属耐磨性提高,提供了镶嵌较高品级金刚石的基质金属在工具使用中匹配消耗,延长使用寿命。Ni-Co-Mn合金镀层中w(Mn)为0.1%以下时便可将合金中w(Co)从22%以上降到4%左右,节省了约80%价格昂贵的Co。由于Mn的引入引起韧性变劣,可通过添加剂满足Ni-Co-Mn合金对延展性的要求。 (Ni-Co-Mn)-diamond composite electroplating technology, directions for producing the bath, process design and notice points for the composite plating locale were introduced. Wear resistance of the cutting and grinding tools plated with the composite coating used for stone machining was higher than that of the tools with Ni-Co alloy cover. A composite plating cover containing a higher grade diamond ( higher than MBD8 ) was fabricated on the tools to prolong their life time. The content of Co in the cover was decreased from 22% to 4% when the content of Mn in the cover was low enough to 0.1%, and then 80% of cobalt could be saved. Since the toughness of the cover could be turned down with addition of Mn, some special additives were used to improve the ductibility of the cover.
